No...Really? No, what? That can't be right.




So the logistics guys didn't do the 300 pages of paperwork for each container of crap they bought for the Iraqi security force. Big deal. It's not like they don't know where most of the money went, they just didn't jump through their asses to make sure everybody had a warm fuzzy feeling about the accounting while insurgents were attempting to bracket their position.

Actually, it is exactly like that. As a taxpayer it would be really easy to get pissed off at how much money we have literally pissed down a hole.
