I was looking at a spreadsheet for 2018 Aviation board results and the trend looked like about 10-14 days after PROREC-Y for a FINSEL. Your mileage may vary, though.

Not the last time I checked. Skipper got an email from Paul Celestin saying I was Pro Rec Y and asking for my release date.
