Pink Slips in Flight school

You probably don’t want to party with me because:

1. I drive a 15 year old Ford Police Interceptor as well as ride a Honda Monkey [see avatar].
2. I wear my high school letterman’s jacket from 1979 [with Metallica t-shirts].
3. I ride skateboards [not very well]…I own 2 different skateboards…both are G&S decks with Gullwing trucks.
4. I collect and ride [and used to race] Schwinn bicycles.
5. I wear Omega Speedmaster Moonwatches religiously [I own 4 of them…see #6, #7, and #8 below] and I talk about them continuously.
6. I own a 1964 Speedmaster 321, a 1971 Speedmaster 861, a 2015 Speedmaster 1861, and a 2022 Speedmaster 3861.
7. My Speedmasters all look the same…but they are very different.
8. My Speedmasters are awesome.

I think those ARE reasons to party with you. You sound like you'd be a hoot to hang out with... (am I right @ChuckMK23?)

After about 30 seconds of hearing about my Speedmasters…you will run [sprint] away.

Mad dog, respectfully request you post pictures from your Schwinn racing days.

Below are three pics…I did not race for Schwinn, I raced for a local masters road race team where I happened to ride Schwinns [because I dig them]. The first pic is from 2013 where I won the Ohio time trial championship on my heavily modified Schwinn Sprint fixed gear. The second pic is from circa 2014 during a crit on my somewhat modified Schwinn Paramount Series 8. The third pic is of my 1989 Schwinn Waterford Paramount that I bought new on AD while stationed at NASNI. I only raced it once [in a Merckx class time trial circa 2015]…I really wanted to podium with that bike but no joy.

Has he racked up multiple pink sheets? There are pink sheets for training failures and pink sheets for disciplinary issues like being late for stuff that are handled differently.

Whats the difference between the two?

One is a performance issue, the other one is a discipline and/or reliability issue. CNATRA tends to look unfavorably on someone who wants to fly naval aircraft, but can't show up for events on time vs. someone who is working hard and may have fallen short on an event or two.
