some of us are trying to get a group together to go down to the range and get pistol qualified. We need a group of 15-20 min before they'll open up the range to us. If anyone is interested either reply here or seek out ENS Weinreb at muster

Even if you can't get enough for them to open the range, find yourself a rangemaster (usually an FC, GM or MA), bribe him with a case or two of beer or bottle of liquor, then go to some range out in town.

im definitely interested to get a pistol qual. of course not for the ribbon, but bc i get to shoot stuff. ill look for you at muster on tues. it'll be easy to find me (ill be a one of a handful of "pacific islander" individuals in the crowd. haha! Thanks!

Ummm... If you're going to delete the guys name for OPSEC, you should probably do it in the quoted material as well. If you joined the Marines, you'd qual on the pistol yearly!

I didn't say get drunk then go shoot. I said bribe him with booze or liquor. However, if you're not a good shot, there's nothing wrong with giving the rangemaster a few drinks beforehand.

Didn't know that I could edit other peoples posts, can I? And yes, I am already qual'd with the pistol unfortunately while in flight training those annual quals are suspended...
