pistol quals

I was talking to a Marine Gysgt a few years ago who said that the Marines have a version of the choker whites, it's just one of those uniforms that is rarely worn. It came up when we were discussing the movie Major Payne when Damon Wayans is on a date and he's wearing the choker whites.

I know exactly what you're talking about, and that's a really cool uniform. Does anybody know when that uniform is used?
 
There are two or three of us ensigns here at NAS Pensacola for flight school now who are looking to qual, and I know of at least three other guys who would definitely be willing to get in on it if that helps. So basically, I know up to six people who most likely will be willing to get in on the weapons quals. I know of a few more I could most likely talk into it too.

It's most likely not gonna happen. I tried it last year when I was in A-pool with other guys and the rangemaster said the command schedules the quals because theyre alotted a certain amount of ammo. I highly doubt NASC will allow you to pistol qual. But you can be a big boy and find out for yourself.
