Pre-op LASIK limit for hyperopia

Hey yall,

Applying for SNA, currently undergoing the process for LASIK, and it looks like I'm right on the edge of the pre-op limits for hyperopia. I just underwent my pre-surgery eye exam, and looking at my report, I have three different values for my refraction, with my manifest refraction being OD +3.0 -0.5 and OS +2.75 -0.75, a refraction with tropicamide dilation with OD +3.5 OS +3.25, and a refraction with cyclopentolate dilation of OD +3.75 OS +3.25. As the surgery limits in spherical equivalents (with the formula sphere +1/2*cylinder), it looks like my base manifest would put me below the pre-op requirements giving an SE of OD +2.75 OS +2.375 but the other ones would be above the limits. Does anyone know which value they use to determine pre-op surgery limits, as the waiver guide is unspecific with which value they use, purely stating the limits of +3.00 to -8.00 SE. I haven't been able to find any information on this scouring the forum as hyperopic LASIK is much more rarely done. As hyperopic LASIK has worse vision outcomes compared to myopic LASIK, I would likely end up with much worse uncorrected vision than I currently have (which is 20/15), and would only be doing this to give me a shot for SNA.

Thanks a bunch

EDIT: After looking over the physical standards and waiver guide, it looks like since SNA is the only designator that requires a cyclopentolate refraction and other designators use the same SE scale for pre-op requirements, I reason to think they use the manifest refraction if my line of reasoning is right
