That won't do you any good because on the 2nd day of OCS you have to get a NAMI physical anyways... This is much more thorough than MEPS.

I know a guy working in Flight Management right now that during his physical it was found that he couldnt Valsalva. Which is an immediate NPQ. He has been working in Flight Management for quite a few months while waiting to redesignate. They do everything they can to keep you in if they have already spent money on you. He also managed to call around and get SWO.
