Questions regarding degree requirements for commissioning

Ah ok. Really appreciate all the help. I think my current plan is going to be sticking with the foreign bachelors and seeing if the Navy will take it after verification and/or getting the Masters from a US school. I've read there isn't a huge advantage getting a masters when going in but does it tend to matter later on down the track?
