Next thing you know you’ll get all fancy and add a nose wheel.Major panel upgrade to NC77917. I now have GPS, moving map, VNAVish, HSI, full electronic flight bag and weather. Not bad for a 75 year old airplane with no generator.

Sad story...but my first thought was, “They track GA pilots with camera drones!?!?”Great article on local Flight Instructor Martha Lunken - a DPE, former FAA Inspector, a little crotchety in a professional way (@HAL Pilot would like her). Her C180 Skywagon is a GA fixture here - and she's a bad ass flying under a local landmark bridge. Her only crime is she got caught! I've had a number of students who were fortunate to have her as a DPE.
Martha Lunken, our region's first lady of flying, is grounded. 'It's like being disemboweled'
She flew under a bridge. It was a whim, and it was illegal. Now, after a lifetime of flying, Martha Lunken must start all over again.www.cincinnati.com
