Just to throw in my 2 cents. USAA is great for renter's insurance, even though I haven't had to use mine yet. Also for all those midshipmen out there, it does cover living in dorms and other places too. And I'm pretty sure that anyone in a commissioning program qualifies for membership in USAA.
