As a prior Manager of Hooters of Pensacola, I saw a lot of military in and out of the restaurant. And I know you all went for the food....HA

As the manager, went to a lot of OCS softball games with some of the HooterGirls.

We did not get the Hooters girls at any OCS events. What the hell was my class doing wrong?

Not sure. We did a bunch of the graduation softball games and did one event with VT-4/VT-10. They just called and asked. The OCS classes bought a bunch of wings and we delivered them. It stopped though when during the drawdown. I left last June so not sure what is going on now. If you have some of you buddies going through OCS right now, tell them to stop in a talk to the managers about buying wings and having the girls deliver it to the game. Not sure if they still do this or not. I've heard they have gone through some managers and GMs.

Still open... they close at about 1300 or 1400 everyday, and closed on Sundays altogether. I think they may be closed on Mondays as well. Go on Thursdays and get the Wimpy Burger. Don't ask what it is, just order, be amazed, then enjoy!

I still say Hub's has the best sammiches in town, especially the Cuban. The one out on Inerarity has the same menu, and co-located with a boat ramp if you need a place to replenish whilest yachting.

That Caribbean Soup place on Gregory (down the street from McGuire's) has good stuff as well, pretty cheap.

I second this place.....good sushi (better than the Fishhouse IMHO) and lots of other completely unrelated menu items. Had a chance to swing by this weekend while I was in town actually

Wasabi House is pretty good for sushi if you're up in the Milton area.
