I still have a video of my lil bro and his wife at the Springer show on the front row (I believe taped in Chicago). They were in on the gag, and got into it aggressively.

Jerry appears to have taken an appointment within the admin at DoN
Not DON but a new “office of shipbuilding” within the White House, apparently a part of the National Security Council. According to this article good 'ol Jerry is indeed the 'Senior Counselor' in the new office. I guess all that time tooting his own horn as an 'expert' finally paid off and now he gets to add an official title to his résumé now to make himself even more credible, at least in his own eyes.

I will never forget. Over 20 years ago I attended a roadshow seminar put on by the War College at NASNI. During a break I hovered near three of the presenters, post command 06, O5 instructor, and a civilian faculty member, certainly SME's in their fields. When Jerry Hendricks came up two of the three said that they served with him as JOs and said was full of crap then. All three agreed he had not learned a thing. That was the day I became a Hendrix skeptic.
His posts about it on LinkedIn are a fairly repulsive exercise in obsequious Presidential fellation.

TBF I never click on a LinkedIn thing, bc I got endorsed for so much stuff that I thought it was stupid.
One of the guys that works for me said the other day, "Hey Taxi1, you've got a thick skin...just letting you know Fred says you don't know what the fuck you're doing."
Not sure that would go over well in the Oval Office.
LinkedIn has largely become worthless.
I got an account there in the early days, and thought it was stupid...I laughed at people 'endorsing' my skills, bc I didn't give a shit.
His name was listed right next to Seb Gorka's in the memo/release I saw announcing his hiring. Good for each other.
