Does it really matter what reason you set fires? You're still an arson. The fact that you are harming your own cause just makes you a stupid arson. Hopefully, either way they will get to see how earth friendly the inside of a prison is.

From an old friend who is a retired BATF bomb and arson specialist...
The act of creating a fire using any kind of accelerant (i.e. gasoline, diesel fuel) is considered creating an "explosive device" and falls under Federal law and can be prosecuted as such. These assholes should do a LOT of hard Federal time, IMHO.

This one strikes close to home, literally. Those homes are no joke only a couple miles from my house. I hate the ELF, I hope those fuckers burn in hell. I grew up with the "Street of Dreams" and remember it being a big deal every year. Domestic terrorism scares me more than anything else. What REALLY makes me "smile" is the owners and builders on TV news whining about the tragedy and pining on about how they can't "understand it" as the high-end houses they were building were "really green" ..... :).

REALITY CHECK: You don't "be nice" to assholes or try to find an "accommodation" with them -- i.e., "building green" in this case. The owners/builders tried that and look what it got them.

When "assholes" are the question, what is the answer???

I don't think the concept of building green has much to do with being nice to these assholes. It was done to appease the superficial progressive elitism that permeates the NW.

these are the same fvcks that burned up 20-30 Hummers at a dealership a few years back, and they've also driven steel spikes into trees which have maimed loggers. I think they should be accorded the same treatment as enemies abroad....but that's just me.

Ditto. They are not "activists" nor "protesters", but rather domestic terrorists.

They should be combated w/ extreme prejudice.
