I am a female SNFO about to start primary flight training in the next few weeks. My former roommate moved to Corpus Christi, TX, so I would like to find another person (male or female) to be put on the lease and fill the room. This unit is leased until April 2015. The room is available to move into as soon as you complete the application process and get approved. It has been empty since the end of July.
This is an unfurnished apartment at the Village at Southern Oaks apartment community. You can visit the website for more information: http://www.vsoaks.com. This particular unit has the living room area separating the two bedrooms, and the space is quite empty right now as I didn't bring anything aside from furniture for my room. If you need to, you can rent furniture at an additional cost. Most people around here rent through CORT Furniture.
***Anyone moving into the Village at Southern Oaks is required to go through the proper application process before moving in. It isn't anything too complicated and it shouldn't take long to be approved, but there is a $25 application fee you will have to pay.***
