I like watching y'all purse fight over shooting down drones and ancient Soviet POS's
I'm retired, so the only thing I'm doing these days is trying to find the bottom of a lowball glass of scotch.

Send me a PM with SIPR address and I'll send it tomorrow.
Anyone see the second vid of the action? I think it was better view of everything.
Oh, and this:
"A Syrian regime SU-22 dropped bombs near SDF fighters south of Tabqah and, in accordance with rules of engagement and in collective self-defense of Coalition partnered forces, was immediately shot down by a U.S. F/A-18E Super Hornet," the command said in a release."

Someone finally won the lottery and didn't fuck it up. Congrats Bro!
Apparently, Aviation Graphic has a print of the jet up on their website.
And this is where I edit my post . . . for some reason, I thought the DFC was above the Silver Star and below the Navy Cross. I was very confused until I Googled.A Silver Star is pretty much standard in Naval Aviation for a 'kill'. The VF-32 Gypsy's got DFCs in '89, as some thought they shouldn't have waxed the MIG-23s, or so the story goes... plus it wasn't a very pretty engagement.
Seriously? From the ground perspective I had to shoot at a lot more than some scabby Syrian just to get considered for Bronze!A Silver Star is pretty much standard in Naval Aviation for a 'kill'.
