Welp, by the time we get results the next board deadline might be here sooooo while I’m hoping for the best, gonna prepare for the worst and start on my second submission package. Anyone have an example of a reconsideration statement?
trying to figure out areas to improve that won’t include retaking the OAR(45 second try)

I applied 4 times and retook the test three times. I am not a prior. Look through my post history to see the journey. The only thing I changed from my third to fourth application is that I started to volunteer at food banks. Not sure if that’s what put my over the edge or got on a lucky board. Going through OCS I found people there that had education waivers, and also people who had OAR waivers. It was also their first or second time applying, so it’s do-able to get picked up with any package. Stay persistent, and don’t be the person who doesn’t show up physically prepared.....
