From the instruction on selection:

"In determining which applicants are to be selected, due consideration will be given to the overall qualifications of the individual, with the objective of selection of candidates who best exemplify the standards of moral, mental and physical fitness required of a Navy officer. The following information at a minimum will be considered in the selection of applicants, particularly for officer candidate programs leading to active duty."

  1. Collegiate Record, mentioned specifically “quality of education”
  2. Test Scores not just OAR “specifically if program had a minimum ex. SWO 40”
  3. Work Experience
  4. Extracurricular Activities “mentioned specifically positions of leadership”
  5. Letters of Recommendation
  6. Qualities of Citizenship
  7. Prior Service
  8. Recruiting Personnel Recommendations
  9. Physical Qualifications

It would be good for them to update that info as physical qualifications havent been looked at for civilians for 9? years now, and citizenship is taken care of by NRC

Nothing on my end. Including efricke's recruiter, mine also told me mid to late October, makes sense since that's around the 7-8 week mark.
