, Dean of San Diego campus.
Interviews- O-7 SWO, O-6 Pilot, O-5 SWO, O-5 SWO, O-4 SWO all 10s
2 MOVSM/ honor society/ SOQ twice/ FCPOA President and so forth.
Evals MP, EP, EP, EP,MP
Not sure what else can be done.

Wow I’m shocked that you didn’t get selected. I would add 2-3 more interviews with O-6 SWO’s only. And then add one letter of recommendation from a one or two star Admiral. If you add those things and then send it in for the next board then you should be shoe in. For Admiral recommendation I reached out to my old skipper who was an O-6 but is now an O-8. If you need help with that then message me. The only other thing I can think of is taking a look at your CO’s recommendation and your personal statement.

Thanks. Going to try improving it. Redoing my CO recommendation (since the last one just turned over) adding some LORs and completing some more interviews.

I would but it asked me why I needed access. I haven't been able to access it from home yet,only at work. When I checked at work,the file was huge though. Message me your name and if I gain access I'll screenshot you what I see.

l would use O-6’s for interview and O-7 and above for LOR. One of my mentors that was an O-5 wouldn’t even do an interview with me because he said “if you want to get selected you need O-6’s and 3 at a minimum.” Also, keep in mind the interview holds more weight then the LOR. So you only need one or two LOR’s and you want one of them to be an O-7 or above. Especially in your case because it’s a resubmit. You don’t want to keep sending anything that is O-5 and below.

I'll keep that in mind and start working my way to O6 COs out here on the waterfront.

I’ve seen my CO three different times and either he’s waiting or hasn’t checked his email.
