I got it about a week after the results were released. You will be fine.

Thanks man - my concern is I have heard that the offer isn't real until I have a final selection letter. And given that the economy is on the brink of collapse I would love to have at least the final selection letter squared away (haha).

i am trying to hit this july 9 board. I previously submitted my packet for suppo 2-3 years back and didn't get selected
now I have 3 years of exp in IT sector, and some better LORs but OAR is bumpy

I think you'll be alright. Just make sure you personalized your personal statement and make key points on what makes you different from the rest.

how enthusiastic i was in 2017
how my life changed when i wasnt'
what did i learn in IT exp
and nothing can replace the regret if i fail to make an officer

You may feel regret, but one thing I always encourage my kids to do is to look at other services too. If you want to commission in supply, National Guard and Army always have opportunities.

But, we're going to assume you get selected here for the best service branch.
