They started filling FY 22 spots much earlier than past years so I wouldn't count on more spots. There will likely be as many or more spots. This board is for FY22, so they’re looking to fill quotas.

Any insight on why you think that happened? They started filling FY 22 spots much earlier than past years so I wouldn't count on more spots.

But if that were the case, how are there three more boards remaining for the year?
You'll hurt your mind if you start trying to figure out the "why" and "how" in Navy recruiting.
NRC can have as many or as few boards as necessary. You can't know what FY they are looking to fill in a given board or how many they will select. The number will fluctuate. Keep in mind, just because x number select, doesn't mean they will all make it through OCS. When those attrites occur, there is still a need to replace those seats.
I always smile a bit, as folks argue on these forums on the selection process, finally get the PRO-Y, then not being prepared when they actually ship to OCS.

Anyone know the earliest potential OCS dates for this board? Just want to know if I need to aim to adjust my working and living situation in case of a Pro-Rec Y.
Ah I thought i saw a paper in one of the threads with the dates of submission due date, date of board convening, and date the results come out for each board. Thanks for your response man.The last board was just under a month. The current IWC board is sitting at 6 weeks without results. It depends.
NRC won't give a date for results released because the date the board convenes is "flexible".Ah I thought i saw a paper in one of the threads with the dates of submission due date, date of board convening, and date the results come out for each board. Thanks for your response man.
