Army uses ASVAB scores for enlisted and officer. You need a 110 GT.What does the ASVAB score have to do with being an officer?

This is incorrect information. I’m on this board, and 3 people got results between weeks 5-6, and the rest of us still have no results on our board packages, just like the aviation board. We haven’t been pushed to the October board, my recruiter just said there have been some rumors that they’re holding the results to be released after Oct 1.

“If you did read the IWC board carefully post by post you will realize some of them already had the results at the end of July and the rest would be pushed to the next board after October.”If you did read the IWC board carefully post by post you will realize some of them already had the results at the end of July and the rest would be pushed to the next board after October. So the only board that is waiting longer than us is the pilot board and I have a good feeling that we will get the result at the same time with them. Why? Because these two boards are both FY2021 only, their board times are close and would surely take up the majority of the OCS class. So it’s very likely the Navy will release the results when both boards are processed.
Which part I said was “incorrect”?
1. Some people did get their results. 3 people on the IWC forum and overall it must be more than 3.
2. The speculation that the rest of IWC board had been pushed till after October. Indeed only a speculation but then so is the speculation that SWO/Pilot would be held till after October. I am simply sharing all the speculations like everyone.
3. The June 29th IWC board is not FY 2021 only like the pilot board or Swo board. They don’t have to wait till next FY.
The June IWC is FY 21 board, they were selecting FY 21 back in March3. The June 29th IWC board is not FY 2021 only like the pilot board or Swo board. They don’t have to wait till next FY.
In most of the cases the civilian (NRC processors) when asked if a board met look at the board sheet and if the current date is after the board meeting date will give an answer of "yes the board met", the NRC processors do not have contact with board members that is the Director of OCS programs and once the candidates are sent to board they wait until they return.I've seen the at board list for the IWC board, there were hundreds of names on it. I've also talked to the civilian who handles the packages for active duty and he confirmed the board met.
No one has officially been given results. The entire board is still waiting for official results.
i will ask that LolIn most of the cases the civilian (NRC processors) when asked if a board met look at the board sheet and if the current date is after the board meeting date will give an answer of "yes the board met", the NRC processors do not have contact with board members that is the Director of OCS programs and once the candidates are sent to board they wait until they return.
If the NRC processors were given the list of names to input that is a different story.
The questions that should be asked to the NRC processors is "have you received the list of Pro Y's to input in the computer".

Is not correct information. “The rest would be pushed to the next board after October” is you referring to my post regarding a rumor my recruiter said, that navy recruiting command is holding RESULTS until after Oct 1, or the beginning of FY 21. No one on the board has been pushed to a later board, that is false.
Why is it taking so long? Why did some people get results earlier on? We don’t know, our recruiters don’t know. Supposedly this is the longest ever that results have been held, presumably due to chaos in the process caused by covid and who else knows what. Your board only just met on Aug 17, I wouldn’t get your hopes up for information too soon as the aviation board (which I’m also on) is entering week 7 of waiting and IWC board is entering week 12 of waiting.
It’s apparent we’re all anxious and tension is high, and for everyone’s sake I hope it means good news.
Best of luck to you for SWO selection
That’s odd. I’m also in the process of submitting a packet for army OCS and he said if I made the November deadline I probably wouldn’t know until FebruaryThe army recruiter said I can go for the army officer route too because I have an ASVAB of 99. And he told me if go to the army officer board I would get the result on the same day.
