I’m currently a recruiter and I’ve never seen a SWO OHARP. SWOs tend to go either straight to the fleet or straight to BDOC. The reason pilots and nfos go OHARP is because they have to wait longer for class up, etc. SWOs do not.

I guess its a little different leaving another branch. They said that as soon as I get a piece of paper with a school date i can start to clear. My leadership has been tracking but they seem baffled that I am switching branches...
