What are the post-Navy career prospects for those Sailors, as compared to xj220? Not judging, as I like good tattoo art.Have you seen what your Sailors are wearing?
But your comparison is irrelevant.

His concern was not with his post-Naval career but with that of the current employer with whom he has expressed a desire to maintain status. What are the post-Navy career prospects for those Sailors, as compared to xj220? Not judging, as I like good tattoo art.

Those of us who are in a tattooed status don't want some pussy who is worried about the "rules" joining us and ruining the club.
Tongue firmly in cheek Sir...Huh?
I don't have any tattoos at the moment. Was just Pro Rec'd for OCS. Was wondering if and when I can get a tattoo now or if I should wait till if/when I am commissioned or even after that. Feedback is appreciated thank you!

Don't get a tattoo until after OCS. You will/already have signed a form saying you will not get tattoos between now and after OCS.
My OR mentioned this form to me once when I asked if I could get a new tattoo, he just didn't expand on the duration it was valid. That's good to know, even though I didn't plan on any new ones until after the fact anyway. Thanks RUFiO.
I have been told repeatedly that MEPS happens again at OCS.I already went through MEPS. I'll heed RUFIO's and everyone else's advice and wait till after OCS. Thanks all!
