Assuming that you'll have already graduated college by the time you get to OCS, you'll get preliminary orders to TBS a couple weeks before graduating OCS. Most likely they will tell you to report immediately to TBS. As for IDs, you'll get your ID made during the 6th or 7th week of OCS and then they'll make you turn it in to your staff who will hang on to it until right before graduation.
