No, only if you used a fake ID (which used to be an honor violation) or drank in the barracks. And even drinking in the barracks usually just got you restricted for 5 months (120-180 tours) and not normally expelled.
The Howard Johnson's on burger row was the place to go my knob year, they never carded and were within easy walking distance.
Get a host family....they are the hookup.
