There are four snowflakes, each with a red "X" through it, signifying the four cocaine drug busts that were accomplished with that helo. One of our airframers hand drew, taped, and painted those.

Gotcha. I thought they looked like the snowflake stickers, but just had never seen anyone put them on their helo before. Just the ship's bridge wing. We just always liked to put sunken vessel/broken hull silhouettes on the door.

The flight control computer does lots of weird things to get what the pilot wants. Not sure if that's whats going on in that picture, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Nice those are our T-34's (VMFAT-101). We had the middies up in the squadron spaces earlier this week.

Yeah I'd say this is the case. The right aileron (or pilot's left) looks to be faired to me if you look at station 1/wingtip
