None of us were there. None of the articles interviewed the crew. And it was 30 seconds of video that happened after what was probably a lot of discussion and interaction.

I caught it in the UK newspapers this morning so it has already gone global. Still don't have a clear picture of what happened although further research revealed a possible contributing factor that the American flight attendants had been asking for a 8.2% pay raise and the judge just ruled that they will get only 1.6%.
This. The only thing we CAN see from this video is that the dude needed to be taken off the flight; independent of what did/did not occur prior to video. I trust that this will be investigated and resolved. But, the dude in question? Again, sit down and shut up.
Traveling on American tomorrow, we'll see how it goes. Brass knuckles on standby.
