Typical contract negotiation distraction.

Southern Air is part of the Atlas & Polar group of cargo airlines under the Atlas Holdings umbrella. Atlas Holdings and their pilots have been in contract negotiations for 6 or 7 years and their actual contract expired over 5 years ago. It is a running river of pilots with constant hiring just barely replacing the pilots leaving in droves. They have to offer jobs to two pilots for every one that actually shows up for class. Bottom feeder wages and work rules. Instead of actually negotiating, management takes everything to court to just bog down the process and gain more time before they actually finish the contract and have to pay industry average wages. Management continually tries to play all 3 pilot groups against each other. It's a shit storm to that everyone should steer well clear of.I don't know if this is "The Show" - but they are in the middle of a massive SPAM recruiting campaign!
