I'm spending more time in "The Territories" right now. Hopefully when all the new hiring is done I'll be on the 767 and splitting my time between here and Vegas. I love the islands but I miss Vegas. A 50-50 time split would be perfect.

How is the housing search going there HAL?
$398,000 (+ another $20k in renovations) for a 2 bedroom / 2 bath 950 sq. ft. Waikiki condo. Close May 2nd.
I'm told I got a good deal but it doesn't feel that way. But there is a retired Air Farce Lt. Col. in the building that just sold his (same floor plan, 2 floors higher) for $455,000 a week after I signed the contract on mine. So maybe I did. Who knows.
