Since I didn't see if covered elsewhere, when should I mention the whole transition thing (assuming I still want it later)? I know you need at least one observed fitrep, but is that really a good time to bring it up? As has been said, I have no desire to shoot myself in the foot.
Did you read my entire first post? I have been "dealing with it" and my feelings are far from disgruntled. It just turned out to be different than what I expected. I can accept the cards life's given me, but if I have the choice to take a risk and trade some in, I'd like to know my odds.
