I just bought some cornbread and fresh chincoteague oysters and I'm going to get ballsy and make that dressing. I figure with enough pork fat of sort and plenty of celery...I can't skrew it up!! BTW... I'm pretty sure we passed by each other in Suitland a week or two ago.

Firstly, One cannot pass through Suitland without a drive by shooting of some sort. Bastards stole my 69 XLCH years ago right in front of my front door.
My bay oyster stuffing was killer this year, HOWEVER the inbreds across the street from me were out front steaming and shucking. I couldn't resist, discarded my pride and slurped down a dozen or so loaded with Tabasco and horseradish and said g'bye. They were fresh from Crisfield yesterday, no middle man and only 30 bucks a bushel which is a steal. I put my order in, hope he comes through.

Sorry scan isn't the greatest; I photcopied this recipe from a Coastie bud when in Primary something like 15 years ago, been making it every Thanksgiving since.... Never tried the Salsa, just the Turkey... But I have that photcopy as well, if somebody wants it..
Note: Try not to drink to much Tequila while cooking.. One of the most tender and juicy turkeys you will ever eat.. I use juice of one lime to be 1 tablespoon of lime juice.. Experiment with it but I promise you will not be disappointed!
