Ever see a Saudi hang out in Pensacola or in Bahrain? Sometimes they wear what I would think is the most inappropriate clothing for the weather, 90F and they are wearing jeans and a thick long sleeve shirt. Must seem cool to someone who grew up in a place that regularly gets to 120-130F......(you have to admit that it was a pretty subjective observation)
