Checking in to see if any Marine Aviators have gone through the Volterm process over the last few years. Specifically looking into what the effect is on EAS/Contract. I understand what HQMC party line is, but unsure if anyone has had traction in a reversion to a ground contract or other EAS adjustment. Due to ongoing life circumstances I recently went through that process (Fixed wing Aviator). Thanks if anyone has had experience.
