I would say yes.
As a PGR Ride Captain for my area I would petition hard to attend. We only go if invited by the family(ies), unlike the "uninvited".

I don't see the harm, as long as people don't get carried away. People need to see the WBC in all its glory so they're reminded of how foolish people can become, whatever the motivation.

There's a book online called Addicted to Hate that became a court (and public) document after the author sued his employer. The book is essentially an expose of Phelps and the WBC--haven't read more than a chapter or two myself, but thought I'd pass it along. I'm sorta familiar with them just because they absolutely hated KU and were prepositioned at my graduation ceremony for the arrival of the law school grads.
