It sounds like you're pretty early in your enlisted career.
Don't ever stop applying, your package just gets better every year.
You will get picked up.
It took me 8 years and 5 applications, and I don't regret any of it. The first page in my own binder of Navy stuff is my shoot-down letter from the Naval Academy in 1988.
It motivates me to this day.

Hopefully, you have surmised that a big part of Naval Aviation is getting kicked squarely in the nuts from time to time. That's our version of sensitivity training. Picking yourself off the mat is what really matters.

Wow...I don't have that much time though, I am already 29 yrs. old.

ASTB not that great = 46 (Going to retake the test again.)

When can I re-submit my package?

BTW

Thank you everyone for your input, greatly appreciate everything.

Would the boards accept a degree from the culinary institute?? Or did you go to another school? Just curious.

You aren't alone. 3 years, 4 apps, and at the end of my binder of Officer Program stuff is a long and eloquent letter of rejection from an NROTC CO explaining my unofficer-like qualities. Next to it, is his letter of acceptance (app 2) next to his rejection letter although I'd end up in BDCP 2 more apps later. Great motivation there.

Why is your processor emailing your LCPO? If there is anyone in your COC who should be the first to know (even before you), it is your CO....and then down the line from there.

Actually, if you are enlisted, it does say you can have an E-7 or above from your command check for you. Most CO's actually have nothing to do with it. My wife's CO didn't even know she was selected for like 3 weeks. CNRC just notified the SHIPSEC via email.
