Barnes and Noble, which is by the airport, is open until 10pm on weeknights, although there are so many flight students studying, it's like being at work. They have a monthly opera reading group, which tries to coordinate their reading with what is playing locally. (yes - Pcola does have an opera) The Saenger theatre downtown has a broadway series - Defending the Caveman, which played in DC at the National Theater to critical acclaim 4 years ago, is showing this spring. If you are a runner, there is a running club that meets at PJC 3 times a week, and I think there are 2 local hash kennels. Pensacola has a mens' rugby club, but I don't know for sure if there is a local womens' team.
