When does the first board convene for OCC in 2013.

I am working on getting my PFT up to as close to 300 as possible and I have everything done. I was just curious when the earliest time my OSO can put in my packet for the January OCC 2013?
 
Its usually at least 3-4 months prior to the Class date...so maybe September? October-ish? I'm applying to the October OCC-211 class and the board date is in July...Unfortunately I heard the January class is on the fence as to whether or not there will be one or not, that is just rumor from my OSO and He's not too sure how accurate that info is... Regardless, Good luck with your application and good luck with the 300!
