Entertaining read. Plenty of patches come through the school house I taught at - never noticed any IWCs but may have missed them.
Most patches in my squadron rock the TOPGUN Breitling Aerospace (the quartz one with the two LED displays). However our XO does have the new N7 staff watch, it’s an IWC Chrono on black leather with light blue stitching. Absolutely gorgeous in real life.
An enterprising Etsy dude came up with a novel take on the NASA EVA strapTomorrow is Speedy Tuesday…but today is Chore Monday…no worries with the almighty Rothco protective band…
