Seiko SRP 777 - black dial. Modestly priced (~ $400) and he will have it forever.
That’s funny, I bought one from the ships store on my first cruise, I gave it to him when he was in high school.?

Blue ink? In the military? Next thing someone will tell me it can write lower case letters.
Plus, $25 for a shitty ballpoint pen?
No kidding? Color me surprised that skilcraft, makers of the FOD bomb, made a good pen. I withdrawal my “shitty pen” comment. It's far from being a shitty ballpoint pen, and the version I have comes with black and red ink. I usually change the red for another black, since I have no desire to be signing or marking things in red.
What’s your budget? So really which watch would be good for a SNA??
What’s your budget?
https://gearpatrol.com/2017/11/06/10-great-watches-under-500/$400 would be tops.
Any pros or cons to the new iWatch 3 with Cellular & GPS ???
I have yet to see a smartwatch actually worth owning and using - that wasn't a gimmick I would tire of in a week. And I am a techie!
If it’s not windable and/or it doesn’t tick...it’s crap.It really depends on what you want in a watch. I find a lot of the features pretty convenient but I agree a lot of people would get tired of it PDQ. It tracks activity pretty well, you can customize your display screens, it does weather etc., when you get messages/emails it's pretty nice to have it pop up on your wrist when you're doing something and see if it's bull or something important you need to take the phone out to respond to right away and things like that.

That is all.
