By the way, this guy was third batt CO before he was relieved for reasons about which I decline to speculate. He filed the lawsuit later that same week, and one can only wonder if his relief (for causes unknown) motivated the lawsuit.

The top student in my karate class was a 2nd degree black belt (nidan) and at 115 pounds she could whip any guy's butt.
