If my recruiter doesn't tell me anything regarding the at board list this week is it safe to assume that I'm at board? My thought process is if I didn't make it he'd let me know so we could work on plan B. He has a lot of experience with aviation applications so I would assume he's already seen the list.

There is info missing, for instance there is selection goal, shipping goal, and also the overall goal is then broken down by board, without having the full context this is going to lead to wild guesses.
