03MAR25 SWO Board

How does this rollout even work? Do they not have a master list of people they accepted? Different regions are getting their news at different times.

I talked to my recruiter and they didn't hear anything or get an email about the SWO accepted list. I'll give them a call by the end of today if I haven't heard back from them, but it just seems weird to me that everybody is finding out at different times.

Not sure how it happens for recruiters

Yeah I was wondering why too, but looking at past boards on here it looks like if recruiters are proactive they can somehow find a list that shows acceptances or they can somehow get it from people at NRC in Millington before results are officially released. Though, to be honest that would seem to be hearsay.

The first guy to state he got accepted said his recruiter got an email about guys being accepted. Then the Rhode Island guy said he got a call from his recruiter. So it seems like it's different regions (for civilians at least) and I'm wondering why Millington does it by regions.

Yeah that's a good question, and I'd agree it does seem they do it by region. Maybe they release results for a region when they've finished some sort of administrative processing for everyone in that region? It could be the Rhode Island or New England region was finished earlier.
