I dont remember the scores off the top of my head, gpa 2.67 but looking at 3.0 once I get my finalized transcripts

I think my scores are okay I probably didn’t get selected for non medical waivers and I had almost no letters of rec. If I can ask how did civilian applicants get letters of rec?
