Nothing hard or that taxing. Any Ensign with enough give a shit can handle it

Update: The academy are pouring in so the pipeline is getting backed up for SNA's now. I know if you commissioned through OCS you'd start somewhere in Oct now
If my current command is making me defer my parental leave because I’m on deployment, will i be able to take it when I get to Pcola. Going from deployment straight to OCS. Have 54 days of PCL
Currently at TW4, about a 4-6 month wait to class up as of nowDamn thats awesome how much shorter it is nowadays. How long is the wait between NIFE and Primary?

Can’t detach from deployment for SCL leave, at least not at my command, that’s my whole predicament rn. I’m sitting in a position to be home from deployment for a month and a half before OCS and for 20+ of those days I’m still attached to my command. Rather than “muster and go home” for those 20 days I wanted to use some of my leave because I already moved my spouse and child out of the area.Another option, could you possibly delay your OCS class so you can detach from deployment, then use remaining SCL, then start OCS?

I’ll get a letter though that a deferred leave for deployment and reach out to NAS Pensacola to try to use it before classing up since there’s typically a waiting period anyways.
