15 SEP2025 SNA/SNFO BOARD

I’m guessing we’re just gonna join the September board. There was a guy who was ISEL back in March and got selected the same day with the individuals who were part of the May board.
If a person is submitted for ISEL, but determined to not be qualified for some reason they would be pushed to the normal board and selected then, a person often won't know if they were pushed to the normal board process. That is very possibly what happened.

This might have been me. My recruiter speculates that because my packet was submitted close to a board, they decided to review it with the rest of the applications. YMMV

I just resubmitted my ISEL app on the 12th of this month. I’m setting my expectations for next month so I can stop checking my email/this form so often.

I know this board hasn’t happened yet, but if anyone gets a February OCS class date and starts up a group chat, let me know or shoot me a PM so I can hop in.

For the ISELs wondering about what is taking so long (same boat, submitted late June):

I just checked the board schedule out of curiosity and it seems the wording on how the rolling review is done has changed. As of the 01 July update, the notes say “As packages are received, they are forwarded to the community sponsor to select high quality applicants (see PA 100F) for review at next regularly scheduled board.”

Maybe it’s always said ISEL applications would be reviewed at the next board, but I don’t recall that being the case. I would be willing to bet we find out after the board convenes.

I’m willing to bet that we get some ISEL news tomorrow. I have a crazy gut feeling.
