Hey everyone, I went ahead and made the thread for the November 3, boards. I know the September board has been packed because of the cancellations, but let’s hope they see this one through too.

@MowinThaAir was going to add the spreadsheet, so we will get that in soon.

How do you find out the result of the CW 11-August 2025 results?

Did you try your recruiter?

Standard answer from NRC and not some random recruiters is 2-10 weeks, once it gets to 10 weeks since the board started then start getting concerned. The other thing to look for is people saying they were accepted or denied, if no one is the results aren't out.
 
I saw some ISEL people from the September board say they were selected a few days before the board convened date. Does that mean I could hear a few days before the November date if I submitted ISEL SNFO last week?
 
I'm at the tail end of submitting my application, and my recruiter is telling me the next board isn't until January. I made him show me the board excel sheet, and he said the November board with October due date is already passed.

Is he just misinformed or why would he say I can't make October 3rd?

No idea, my recruiter just got my packet submitted for the November board today.

I was hearing the same from my recruiter. He also told me that many SNA applicants are being given the option to switch to SNFO since their slots are apparently being filled (if you’re an SNA applicant, leave the space for the rest of ussss NFOs 😭😭😭) he told me that come January the slots may be filled already and we’d have to wait till May 26

That’s crazy. Seems like they have quite the back up. I’d anticipate the boards getting much more competitive in the coming months/years.

@JRDrezzoo my recruiter said the same thing. He doesn’t anticipate this affecting ISEL or BDCP applicants due to their “rolling” boards.

I talked with my recruiter today on the phone, and he basically said the Oct 3rd due date is for him to have all the paperwork in, and because the process takes a lot of time he wouldn't be able to make it. He did guarantee me a spot for January though. I wish my recruiter was as fast as everyone else's.

Dude, that sucks… Do you have all the forms completed and sent to him? I’m not sure what goes into the process for the recruiter side, but my recruiter made it seem pretty straightforward and quick once sent him back all of the paperwork. I’m sure @exNavyOffRec or @FormerRecruitingGuru will have a better answer for you though.
