speculation*
honestly i want to lean towards the "a TON of people got selected" outcome because if it was only 80 I feel like they'd have all the OCS dates chopped by now...
May 2025 board had
148 SNA PROREC-Ys, and all selectees got their OCS dates chopped in the official results. Board convened May 5th, results were released May 15th. 10 days. We are on day 40.
Maybe they had way less applicants and packages to go through compared to this board and that could be the reason it's taking so long (plus holidays, other NRC events due to ongoing world conflict, the aviation program manager is a 1 of 1 position and may not currently have civilian help, etc)...?
again, speculation and copium and fear of rejection.
here's to another weekend of waiting for monday folks. what a strange feeling!
