I ask this question because my recruiter doesn't seem to know much about it.
I may or may not end up getting my left wrist operated on. Depending on when the surgery happens (if it does), it could screw up my ability to get in shape before OCS because I won't be able to do push ups again until well after the surgery.
The last thing I need is to show up to OCS and be out of shape in the push ups department. Has anybody had any luck with getting an OCS date pushed back because of something like this?
Also, what would I do if there was a glitch in the paperwork or something and I got a phone call saying, "You have to show up in a week. See you in Pensacola" while being still out of shape because of the surgery?
