May boards

blarged

ready
Cue everyone on this thread calling their recruiters in 5... 4... 3... 2... 1

Lol

I'm not concerned with making it to May boards. My OR told me yesterday that while checking up on my package I had an X next to my SWO/IW application for June... which "usually means something is wrong with your package". But I figure there is good time to figure that one out, I'm not worried. My OR pretty much rocks...

I'm in for the may boards. Recruiter said if you got it in before the first you should be good to go. As to all the talk about being "tabled" or "rolled" to next months board he said was just gossip. He did however mention alot of Final selects' OCS dates we're being pushed back and that this trend will continue into the forseeable future. So if you end up being a May Pro-Rec prepare for a long wait after the intial celebratory Rum and/or Whiskey induced hangover. Prolly Oct. date or in that ballpark.

I wouldn't say the rolled or tabled thing is gossip. I literally was told by the fleet processor I was rolled to the next board. I don't know why but those were his words.

Im waiting for a call back from my OR about this month. If revan made it and his package was submitted on the 30th, is it possible that I'll make it with my package being submitted on the 5th?

I dont think my package went out any earlier than the 30th or the 1st. I spoke to the fleet processor at my recruiting office on the 29th and he said he would do it by the end of the week. Good Luck.

Yea mine was supposed to be going out monday the 4th and it's going from PA to TN. I dunno if it is over-nighted or what. I guessing it didnt get there until the 6th. Hopefully it made it in time.

What are your stats Dave

Grumman... what are you stats? I know I've seen them before but for the sake of making things easy ha.

Good luck on the package man. I've seen your name on the other months I've been applying so best of luck.

By the way, how heavy do you think the LOR's are? I see every one else with 0-6's and 0-7's writing their recommendations and I have no military to rely on.
