Recruiter called back. I am not accepted. He said 113 applicants, 19 were chosen. Gluck to everyone else.

Right. Intel is what I want and I don't forsee any changes to my package, except getting older..
I'm 30 yo now, 63 oar, gpa 3.74 with Master's in International relations, russian native speaker and former national - could this be the reason I wasn't selected? Would you advise to try again for next intel board or let it go?
